How We Work
A clear process. Transparent fees. No surprises.
We believe you should know exactly what to expect — both in how your case will be handled and what it will cost. Here is our process from first contact to resolution, and our fee structures explained plainly.
The path from enquiry to resolution
Enquiry
You submit a confidential enquiry through our form or by email. There is no obligation at this stage.
Initial Review
We assess your case, explain your options clearly, and confirm the scope of work and the applicable fee structure — all in writing.
Engagement
Once you agree to proceed, we set out terms in a written engagement letter and begin work on your case.
Casework
We gather evidence, draft submissions, correspond on your behalf, and represent you at meetings or hearings as agreed.
Resolution
We pursue your matter to its conclusion — through negotiation, formal complaint, panel hearing, or tribunal.
Transparent Pricing
Fees explained, not obscured.
Every fee is agreed in writing before any work begins. There are no hidden charges and no obligation until you choose to engage us.
